I must say, this software is the best thing since sliced bread.
It is amazing and to be honest it is something I would even recommend native English speakers.
When I go through then many emails I receive, I am often surprised at the lack of correct punctuation, spelling and grammar shown by the senders.
I know, (I keep doing it myself) we don’t have time and just type quickly, forgetting to check what we’ve written, and press the send button.
Then we read the email again and, shamefaced, realize, what we have done.
My emails have improved now, and I pay more attention to detail. What I like best of all, is when I get in contact with new customers.
The one thing you can never repeat is the first impression.
This is where WhiteSmoke comes in.
It is a brilliantly developed software, which has saved me many blushes.

Last night I downloaded a demo of your program, thinking I might suggest it to two of my students. I then wanted to remove it from my computer … and the fun started. It had attached itself to Bing and I couldn’t get rid of it, no matter what I tried.
Today I contacted your Tech Support and was lucky enough to speak with Laura. Although your program drove me crazy with its privacy invading tentacles, your Tech Support person, Laura, saved the day. She was professional, kind and courteous, not to mention patient. She stuck with me until the problem was resolved. And she wasn’t in India, Israel or wherever else many Tech People now reside with company scripts, and no real ability to help.

I purchased the Whitesmoke executive package this morning and have already used it on some of my writing projects. I have used Whitesmoke in the past finding it to be the best writing tool I have but this latest 2010 version blew my socks off. Great product!
